Our policies for helping you collect your favorite rare books and documents

Shipping

We ship worldwide via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). For customers in the United States, we offer USPS Media Mail, Priority Mail or Express Mail, and any UPS service you desire. For international rates, please contact Store Manager Keith Wallace at keithwallace@yeomansinthefork.com.

With all shipping, insurance options and faster delivery carry additional costs. If you desire any other method of shipping, we will work with you as best we can.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal, money order, check or wire transfer. Please note that we will ship only after payment has been received and checks have cleared the bank.

Returns

If you desire to return a book or document, please call or email a member of our staff as soon as possible to let us know. We request that after you have contacted us you return the item within 14 days. We will issue your refund by the method of payment you purchased with or by check.

Terms of Sale

We guarantee all of our items are as described, and we stand behind our product 100%. All signatures and autographs are guaranteed to be authentic, and we certify them for as long as retained by the original purchaser. We honor the autograph authentication opinions of PSA/DNA, James Spence Authentication, William Tell Research, and possibly others upon request. We do not sell items that we do not believe to be completely authentic and/or original.
